Our agency was founded and is led by Ifeoma Nwafor, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN, PMHNP-BC) and Licensed Social Worker with 23 years of experience supporting individuals and families. That background shapes everything we do.
